Returns & refunds

You see the cover and first pages with your child before you pay, and every book is made for one child. So once the files are delivered, sales are final.

When we refund or remake

• The files don't arrive or won't open.
• A page is missing, or a picture is clearly broken (for example the wrong child, or a damaged image).
• You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.

Contact us within 14 days of your order from the Contact page with your order number. We will redraw the pages, remake the book, or refund you.

Story Club

You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. Payments already made for the current month aren't refunded, except in the cases above or where the law requires it.

If you pay yearly and ask within 14 days of a yearly payment, we will refund it in full as long as you have used no credits and bought nothing since that payment.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
